1. Agreement to Terms

Welcome to Traventrix Routes. These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Client," "you," or "your") and Traventrix Routes ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), a travel planning service operated from 1001 Depot Hill Rd, Broomfield, CO 80020, United States.

By accessing our website, engaging our services, or submitting any inquiry through our contact forms, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to any provision of these Terms, you must immediately discontinue use of our website and services.

These Terms apply to all visitors, users, clients, and any other persons who access or use our services. We reserve the right to update, modify, or replace any part of these Terms at our sole discretion. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically for changes. Your continued use of or access to our services following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.

2. Description of Services

Traventrix Routes provides online travel planning and itinerary design services. Our services are advisory and consultative in nature. We do not operate as a travel agency, tour operator, or booking platform. Our core service offerings include:

• Personalized destination selection and recommendation based on client preferences, travel dates, budget parameters, and desired travel style.
• Custom itinerary creation including day-by-day schedules, route mapping, timing suggestions, and logistical planning for single-destination, multi-city, and round-the-world trips.
• Transportation advisory services including recommendations for flights, trains, car rentals, ferries, and local public transport options with cost comparisons and route optimization.
• Restaurant and dining recommendations curated by our team based on cuisine type, ambiance, price range, dietary requirements, and traveler reviews.
• Attraction and experience recommendations including cultural landmarks, natural wonders, guided tours, local events, and hidden gems not typically found in mainstream travel guides.
• Travel support during your trip (scope varies by plan level as outlined in our pricing structure).

All deliverables are provided in digital format, typically as professionally designed PDF documents accompanied by interactive Google Maps with pinned locations, and supplementary notes as needed.

2.1 Limitations of Service

Our services are limited to planning, advisory, and recommendation. We do not directly book flights, hotels, restaurants, tours, or any third-party services on your behalf unless explicitly agreed upon in writing. All booking decisions and financial transactions with third-party providers are made solely by the client. Traventrix Routes is not responsible for the quality, availability, pricing, or performance of any third-party service provider recommended in our itineraries.

3. Service Plans and Pricing

We offer three distinct service plans designed to accommodate varying trip complexities and budgets:

• Explorer Plan ($499): Single-destination itineraries for trips up to 5 days, including transport overview, dining recommendations, and 1 revision round.
• Voyager Plan ($2,490): Multi-destination itineraries for trips up to 21 days for up to 4 travelers, including detailed transport planning, curated dining and attractions, and 3 revision rounds with email support during the trip.
• Odyssey Plan ($11,900): Unlimited-destination itineraries for trips up to 90 days for up to 8 travelers, including premium dining and VIP access recommendations, full transport coordination, unlimited revisions, and 24/7 dedicated travel support throughout the journey.

Pricing is subject to change without prior notice, although any pricing changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed and paid for. Custom enterprise plans may be available upon request and will be quoted on a case-by-case basis.

3.1 Payment Terms

Full payment is required before the commencement of itinerary planning work. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and other payment methods as displayed on our website at the time of purchase. All prices are listed in United States Dollars (USD). You are responsible for any applicable taxes, duties, or fees imposed by your jurisdiction.

4. Client Responsibilities

To enable us to deliver the highest quality travel planning service, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and timely information regarding your travel preferences, dates, budget, dietary restrictions, mobility requirements, and any other relevant details.
• Respond to our communications in a timely manner during the planning process. Delays in client response may result in delayed deliverables.
• Review itinerary drafts thoroughly and provide constructive feedback during revision rounds.
• Ensure that all travelers in your party possess valid travel documents, including passports, visas, and any required vaccinations or health certifications for the destinations included in your itinerary.
• Obtain appropriate travel insurance for your trip. Traventrix Routes strongly recommends comprehensive travel insurance covering trip cancellation, medical emergencies, and personal liability.
• Comply with all local laws, regulations, customs, and entry requirements of every destination included in your itinerary.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, designs, itinerary formats, proprietary methodologies, website code, graphics, logos, and text created by Traventrix Routes are the exclusive intellectual property of Traventrix Routes and are protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

Upon full payment for a service plan, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use your personalized itinerary for personal, non-commercial travel purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, sell, license, or publicly display any itinerary or content provided by Traventrix Routes without our prior written consent.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Traventrix Routes, its owners, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:

• Your use of or inability to use our services.
• Any changes, cancellations, delays, or disruptions caused by third-party service providers including airlines, hotels, restaurants, tour operators, and transportation companies.
• Natural disasters, weather events, pandemics, political instability, government actions, or other force majeure events affecting travel plans.
• Personal injury, illness, theft, property damage, or any other incident occurring during your trip.
• Inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated information provided by third-party sources that may have been incorporated into your itinerary.

Our total aggregate liability for any claims arising from or related to our services shall not exceed the amount you paid to Traventrix Routes for the specific service plan giving rise to the claim.

7. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Traventrix Routes, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees) arising from your use of our services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

8. Dispute Resolution

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days, either party may initiate binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitration shall take place in Broomfield, Colorado, and shall be conducted in the English language.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Colorado, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You agree that any legal action or proceeding related to these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Broomfield County, Colorado.

9. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid under any applicable law, such unenforceability or invalidity shall not render these Terms unenforceable or invalid as a whole. Such provisions shall be deleted without affecting the remaining provisions herein, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

10. Entire Agreement

These Terms of Service, together with our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Traventrix Routes regarding the use of our services and supersede all prior and contemporaneous understandings, agreements, representations, and warranties, both written and oral, regarding such subject matter.
